These terms apply to apps published by Aylan Technologies Ltd, company number 17403577, registered in England and Wales. By using our apps you agree to them, together with the Apple Media Services Terms or Google Play Terms of Service that apply to your download.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, under the platform's standard licence (for Apple, the Licensed Application End User License Agreement).
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Acceptable use
Do not use our apps to break the law, infringe other people's rights, or upload content you have no right to use.
Generated results
Results produced automatically by our apps may be inaccurate. They are provided for information and entertainment and are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice.
Liability
The apps are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
