This policy explains how Aylan Technologies Ltd ("we", "us"), company number 17403577, registered at 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, handles personal data in the apps we publish and on this website. Individual apps may have an additional notice describing features specific to them.

Data we collect

• Data you provide, such as content you create in an app, photos or audio you choose to process, and messages you send to support.
• Purchase information handled by Apple or Google. We receive the status of your subscription, never your card details.
• Diagnostics, such as crash reports and anonymous usage statistics, used to fix bugs and improve the apps.

How we use it

To provide the features you request, process purchases, answer support requests, keep the service secure and improve our apps. We do not sell personal data.

Cloud processing

Some features send the content you submit to a cloud processing provider to generate a result. That content is used only to answer your request and is not used by us to train models.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the apps (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, payments and cloud processing), under contracts that limit their use of it, or when the law requires it.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. You can delete your account and its data from within the app where accounts exist, or by contacting us.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to or restrict its processing. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
